28 year old female seeking flatmates for AUG/SEPT

I am 28 and starting a new job in Manchester in September 2024. Would like to find one or two flatmates so we can try and find a flat together , or join an existing place

I can be flexible on location and bills, but do have a limit of about £700 pcm. I would be working 9-5 and working from home 1/2 days a week.

I already have friends in mcr and know it fairly well as I visit quite regularly. Ideally would like flatmates who also want to go out for drinks / dinner / walks / gigs with occasionally, but also I do like my own space and chilling on the sofa and respect other people’s need to do that, especially after a long day in work lol

Love trying new foods, going on long walks, gigs and pubs

Even better if you like real housewives or trash tv in general (but not essential)

I’m a chilled person to live with , I like to keep clean and tidy but not extra strict about it. I’m not veggie but don’t eat lots of meat, I respect other people’s dietary needs and would be mindful of that

I am an LGBT+ friendly and inclusive housemate. Also love all pets so if you’re bringing along a cat / dog / something slightly more exotic I’m good with that 🐾

Please no students (thinking of council tax!)
