Professional, Seeks Only Unfurnished Double

I am a professional female aged 36 (this month) looking for a big double room- square shaped minimum 4m x4 m please. The size of room is the most important for me, I cannot consider smaller doubles please. I have a budget of around 900/ 1100 (the best with bills) monthly. . I would prefer to share with females of males of any age, but preferably not older than 45. I am creative person and still doing some private fashion courses besides work on some weekends. (Not a typical student) I am fully self employed professionally working most of the weekdays. I don’t mind furry animals or smokers as long as smoking is in outside area. I don’t smoke tho. I like clean spaces and I am sociable person but also independent , I need room to
be unfurnished cause I have my own furniture, (bed, bookshelves,, chair, desk, chest of drawers, tv etc). I am not vegan nor vegetarian. I eat meat occasionally. I like to travel. I can consider also room in a creative warehouse but only with rooms with a window. Thank you, Anna
