Looking for a lat/room to rent

I am a professional female aged 28 looking for a single or double (en-suite) room from the first week of May 2023.

I am looking to share only with one more person.
Preferred area: Newington / Meadows / Southside.

I am highly organised, very clean, and quiet. I am a very respectful person, so I am looking to share a rent with someone who will take into consideration the other person always (such as not being noisy, respect and care of things, etc) and to communicate anything effectively.
I am very friendly and I like to socialise, but when living together I appreciate the quietness and respect each person space.
