Room wanted

Bentleigh and I

Hi, I am 49 and selling my home in Essex in order to relocate to County Durham. I need to find some suitable accommodation for myself and my 9 year old Chihuahua Bentleigh. We are both sociable, clean and respectful. Ideally, I would prefer and en-suite single or double room, furnished as I plan to put my own furniture etc into storage.

Please don't worry about my dog as he really is very well behaved and non-distructive and very well house-trained. I have quite high standards and will not be able to live in a messy environment. I am happy to take on my share of any chores, cleaning etc.

I would like to live fairly close to Durham which has good public transport - buses are fine.
