James seeking flat or double room urgently. 27/03

Hi, I'm James and I am searching for a double room, I would love en suite, not essential.

I am a very easygoing guy, friendly and trustworthy. I have great references, good qualifications and very business minded.
I am afraid I may be homeless but staying in a hotel/friend and would really appreciate it if a kind hearted person would accept my honesty and reach out for me as I am putting in 110%.

Update: I have somewhere to nest now as I gather resources needed to make a decision for a more appropriate property.

I will only have a small deposit back £150 and £850 by the end of the month. Please any questions will be answered and any offers in Medway or even Swale (Maidstone may be considered) i will view, with a high chance of it suiting my basic needs will be accepted.
