• Work: Data scientist
• Type: Full time, office based
• Multiple positive references

My needs:
• Availability: Immediate
• As close to the Marina as possible

For house shares:
• Not interested in sharing a bathroom with multiple people. Max shared 1 person only, En-Suite strongly preferred but can be negotiable if other boxes are ticked
• Spacious double room

About me:
I'm a quiet, respectful and homely person with a low 'footprint' in the house. I love animals and am great with pets. I'm trusted by friends and family to house sit their pets when they need peace of mind.

The qualities I'm most proud of are my empathy, communication & flexibility. I am more than happy to go out of my way to accommodate my lodgers and keep the peace. I like the home to be a happy, peaceful and relaxing place. If that comes at the cost of a slight routine change on my part then I consider that a small price to pay, within reason obviously. If you start making weird demands like "you must wear flippers and a silly hat between the hours of 7 and 8" then I'd probably have questions lol.

Typically I keep to myself but am happy to set aside time to socialise if companionship is appreciated. Whether it's something low energy like watching netflix or high energy like discussing intelligent topics or going for a walk.

I am completely teetotal. I've never been drunk, will never drink, do drugs or smoke. I strongly prefer sharing with people on that wavelength. I'm not against alcohol, just drunk people lol
