Cheerful housemate seeks ground floor home

Hi there. I’m looking for a house share in the Bracknell/Wokingham/Reading area. I’m friendly and get on with people of all ages and walks of life. I’m up for being sociable, watching Netflix and/or cooking together now and then. I also like reading and I’m happy with my own company. My budget is £400 per month bills included and I’d be looking to rent the room for between 6 and 18 months – you can be sure the rent will be paid on time too.

The main thing I’m looking for in a house/flat share is a ground floor bedroom and bathroom. I’m a wheelchair user, so this is absolutely essential. For preference, a roll-in wet room and step-free shower would be ideal, although I can also manage if you have a bath. I also need step-free access to the property, so this means level access to the front door, or a landlord who would be willing to install a temporary ramp for me to use.
