Friendly happy home share/spacious annex/studio

Hi, my name is Sam :)

I have lived with my current landlady for a year. A flat share for 2 years and 1 month before this. Previous to this I lived in a house share for 18 years! I am friendly, trustworthy and reliable, I am quiet but can be sociable too.

I like being close to the canal, river or walks. I would like to have a bus route near by, a supermarket close by and parking in case I get a car again or for visitors.

I would love to find a lovely annex or studio

Or maybe a lovely quiet house/flat share with one other. A large room with an en-suite would be lovely :)

Happy to consider other options and with more than one if spacious :)

I would like the possibility of having occasional visitors such as a niece/nepew/friend to stay.

I don’t have a car so I need to be in Taunton so that I can walk or cycle to work.


I work full time and have been in my current job for 12 years. I have wage slips for proof of earnings and two good house share references.
