Self Contained/Private. studio
I am looking for a double ensuite room. Or Studio. (Not a flat share)
Free parking/on the street is fine.
An annexe would be perfect.
I am quiet, honest, tidy and considerate.

Needs to have kitchen facilities and en-suite basically self contained.
I work crazy hours 3-4am starts and mainly 12hr days if not more. I need to be in a space that allows privacy and freedom to come and go at odd hours that will not disturb surrounding residents. I am very stealth.
I work in the UK 6/7 months per year so when I am here it is about hard work and little play.
Have good references.
