Hello, my name is Rutuja and I’ll be living with my husband.

We’re both full-time working professionals in the hospitality industry. My husband works as a Junior Sous Chef (Tuesday–Saturday, usually late shifts), and I work at Landmark (Monday–Friday, early mornings to evenings). Because of our schedules, we’re out most of the day and mainly home to rest.
• Budget: £900 per month (bills included)
• Preferences: Clean, spacious, and well-maintained property
• Transport: Must be well-connected to public transport
• Move-in date: 1st January 2025 or December

We’re quiet, respectful, and considerate tenants who value a tidy living space and will take good care of the property.
