Looking for someone to rent with

I'm currently living in a 3 bedroom house and own all of my furniture which ideally I'd like to keep. The house owner sold the property which is why I have to move out. I am looking for someone to rent a flat/house with. We would split the bills 50/50 and take turns when it comes to the cleaning (weekly). It’s important to note that I have a very spoilt, super friendly cat. I’m 27 years old and I work in sales. I’m looking for someone reliable as I don’t want to have to worry about people paying their share like I had to with my previous housemates.
