Looking for a Double Room

Hi, I'm looking for a room, a bedsit or a tiny studio. Furnished or Unfurnished.

Area: Fulham, Chelsea, Wandsworth, Clapham, Battersea, Brixton.

I'm a female professional working from home and in the office two days a week. However, I'm super quiet, respectful, easy-going and polite. I take excellent care of the property I live in, and I have been renting the current room for the last 3.5 years. Not smoking, no pets (but I have been taking care of my flatmate's cats as if they were my own).

I'm an architect and designer, and I have experience renting my own family properties, so I take excellent care of the properties I live in. I have access to a professional cleaning company at discounted rates if needed.

Rent: £800 per month, bills included.
