Looking for flatshare

Hi, I’m Paul (27, he/him) and I'll be relocating to Cambridge to start work at a biotech company at the Babraham Research Campus. I’m ideally looking for somewhere in south Cambridge (Trumpington, Cherry Hinton, Newtown) so I can cycle in when the weather’s decent. My budget is up to £1100 pcm, and I’m looking for a furnished double room.

I’ve been living in London and Oxford for the past 9 years, always in flat shares, so I’m very used to shared living. I’m sociable, respectful, clean, and always up for a laugh. I was in my previous place for 4 years and only moved because of work.

Would be great to live with like-minded people who are up for the occasional hangout, exploring the city, or trips further afield. Outside of work I’m into cycling, badminton/tennis, and hiking (aware that last one might be a challenge; I’ve heard Cambridge is famously flat).
