Full time professional looking for room or share

Looking for a room bills included, or the right person to house-share with.

Location: Around Perth. Would consider Dunfermline or anywhere in between.

I am a professional, working all week, spending weekends with family so I am only back in the evenings.

I am tidy, considerate, easy-going, just need a quiet place to relax after work. But don't mind good chat either!

I require ease of parking as I will have both a car and work van.

This will be a long-term let. My budget for a room is £350p/m, or a good house-share can easily be found.
