I'm looking to rent a room in for 3 months initially, from Oct 30th (Monday, around 6-9pm for access) until 10.00, Tuesday January 30th, 2024.

On short term work contract (possible contract renewal - however, accommodation guarantee for extension not required. Min 3 months fine).

*WhatsApp/Skype chat can always be arranged prior to arrival, qs 'viewing' will be impossible).

Reasonably quiet living space sought.

No TV required. Wi-Fi access ideal.

Note; Pets, smoking, age, flatmate (gender), ethnicity etc all relatively unimportant.
