Looking for a buddy up now. 😜

Hi guys! I'm looking for a room or a buddy up so we can search for flats together straight away.
I prefer to share with guys but girls are welcome, and preferably somebody who doesn't work from home (or at least not in the living room like my previous flatmate 😅). Looking for flats in the cc although my preferred areas are Castlefield, Spinningfields and the part of Salford just next to the cc!
In my last flat I was paying £500 rent plus £150 bills but since the prices look like have gone up quite a bit I don't mind go up until £650 the rent (if the flat is worth it of course!).

A bit about me: I'm a really easy going professional guy who has been working and living in the city for the last 9 years! Time flies 🤦‍♂️ I'm Spanish (and yes, I have a thick Spanish accent too lol) I work as a waiter in the cc and love my own space although always up for a laugh and good conversation! Love cooking, music, cinema, read (I'm a news addicted 😅), technology, fashion, arts, numismatic, Eurovision... lol a bit of everything!
