I am a professional female looking for a 1 bedroom or preferably a detached studio. A room could be suitable if the tenant or landlord is hardly around. I am available to move from the month of Marcg and have a budget of £1500pcm. I'm responsible and I like paying on time however I'd expect the same professionalism from my landlord/landlady in that the property must be clean and any issues with the property should be addressed promptly.
