32 yr old teacher/outdoor instructor

I work as a freelance English teacher teaching my own students online regularly. I also work part-time as an Outdoor Learning Teaching Assistant at a primary school in North Devon and as a freelance outdoor instructor. I need a room with fast internet access where I can work and also ideally a lock on the door for insurance purposes but it's not essential.

Off-street parking and a garden would be great additions. A larger bedroom with space for storage would be great and a house where sound doesn’t travel too much.

I’m a very tidy, friendly person and try to be respectful of others also. I enjoy being outdoors in nature, climbing, hiking and spend lots of time out and about in the outdoors either for work or pleasure... I'm vegetarian and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, so early to bed and early starts usually! Usually working or away at weekends.

I enjoy time to myself to do things such as study, read, play guitar, meditate and exercise but also enjoy socialising, sharing food, going for walks or runs, and very occasionally actually just relaxing and watching a movie!

My ideal flatmates would help keep the house clean and tidy. Shared interests in outdoor activities would be great but perhaps more important, people who are considerate of others and respectful of noise and shared areas.

I'm not looking to live in a party house and I'd like to avoid a large student house share.
