Dear Landlord,
My name is Nikolas Vavoulas and I am interested in renting a Studio Annexe, one bedroom flat in South Oxfordshire or the surrounding areas including Wallingford, Benson, Abingdon, Didcot, Dorchester. I'm a 35 year old straight male and currently studying for the City&Guilds Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical Installations - Buildings and Structures Portfolio Qualification in which should be completed in the next 6 months. I am currently in receipt of Universal Credit Housing Benefit, Work Capability Allowance plus Personal Independent Payment Allowance with a monthly income of £1,669 and a annual income of £20,020 however I am hoping also to be in part time employment in Oxfordshire around my studies. I have the money for a deposit and monthly rental payment in advance. I'm not in any arrears with my current landlord which can be proved with a reference.
