I want to find a room/ roommate, I can live with.

I would like to live with a female preferably however I’m open to any gender. While living with me you would expect me to be out early and come back about 3-4 I don’t smoke or drink therefore once I’m home I’ll probably just stay to myself. However if needed I am able to go out to offer privacy to that person if they want someone over for abit etc. I also would keep my own things clean and help contribute by cleaning and trying to cook (not the best).
