Looking for potential buddy ups

My name is Serena and I’m a physiotherapist at the Royal Sussex. I am looking for someone to rent a place with. Preferably in Kemptown or city center. But if the house is worth the distance, I’d definitely consider it.

My priorities are to have a decent size double room and a nice living area + kitchen as I love spending time cooking/baking with a glass of wine.
I am looking for someone to create a cosy environment with. I would like to establish a relationship that goes beyond the hi and bye. Someone to occasionally share dinners with or watch Netflix.
I have a 8.30-4.30 mon-fri working schedule and I occasionally work on weekends.
