I'm 23, and I have just started a job working for a charity. I am subletting in Clapham North at the moment but am looking to move at the end of Feb.
I am clean and respectful, love watching Netflix and also enjoy socialising. I like cooking with housemates and going to the pub or just putting a film on and chilling together.
Ideally, I'd like to pay £700 a month including bills but for the right place this could be flexible (max £750 with bills).
