Looking for a place to call home (not just a room)

Hi, I’m Tanish (Tan) a full-time lecturer, currently looking for a new place as my landlord is selling the property I’m in.

I’ve been living in shared homes for a while, so I know how to strike the balance between being social and respecting personal space. I’m clean, organised, and easy to live with, no drama, no mess, and always up for a good conversation.

I’d say I bring a good mix of energy to a house: I’m intellectually curious (comes with the job), enjoy meaningful chats as much as a laugh, and I’m just as comfortable having a chilled evening as I am heading out occasionally.

Day-to-day, I keep a steady routine with work, so I’m reliable and considerate as a housemate. I take pride in where I live and value a home that feels relaxed, positive, and well looked after.

I’m looking to live with like-minded people who are easygoing, respectful, and up for creating a genuinely good living environment , not just co-existing.
