Short term let wanted!

Hi!

I'm a phd student at the University of Leeds, looking for a short term accommodation for this summer while writing-up my thesis.

I'm clean and tidy, and prefer that the common spaces (kitchen, bathroom etc) are also reasonably clean.
I'm more than happy for people to visit and stay over, as long as we respect each-other about it (eg if one of us has to wake up really early the next day, a loud party would not be the best idea the night before).

I have lived with flatmates for over 10 years, so I can respect your boundaries and personal space (and I'm obviously looking to live with someone who will do the same).
We were under great terms with my previous flatmates (spent time in the house cooking, watching films etc, and even became friends with some) so I'd really like it if we at least get along and feel comfortable around eachother.

Hobbies include yoga, going to bars/pubs/gigs, movies, books.
