Female Student 24 Seeking Shared Accommodation

Hiya, I'm Lily!

I start studying at the Nottingham Trent Uni in September and I am looking for a place to live while doing so.

Currently, I live in Brighton so unable to attend in-person property viewings, but would be happy with virtual viewings / facetimes

A Bit About Me!
- I'll be studying BSc Ecology and Conservation
- I love going on adventures, being outside, hiking, climbing, wild swimming, yoga, travelling...
- I'm quite social (cooking together and movie nights etc), though also do very much enjoy my own space and respect the privacy of others
- I'm vegan but have absolutely no problem with other diets and/or cooking in a kitchen with dairy, meat etc..
- I'm a pretty clean person and want to live with people who are likeminded about keeping communal areas nice and tidy spaces to live in

Technical Bits:

Moving date: I am available any time from September 1st.

Location: I'll be studying at Brackenhurst campus so need to be in the city centre to access the transport routes there

Budget: up to £650 a month (including bills), but ideally looking for somewhere on the cheaper side.

I have been working full-time for the past 5 years so have a good security blanket of savings to pay any deposits and cover any costs up until I receive my student loan.

Household: Happy to live with any genders, preferably with people in their 20s but open to any ages, any pets, as long as everyone is friendly, clean, and respectful <3

Household size: Looking to live with 1-4 other people.
