Hi there, I'm Andrew (career driven professional) and I'm looking for a double room in Manchester starting from the end of June 2024 for long-term tenancy.
What I am looking for in short:
- Good company or at least some quiet times
- £400-500 bills included (negotiable)
- Spacious place would be great but not a must
What I am looking for in detail:
Ideally a property that has maximum 3 bedrooms where the rent is 400-500/person with bills included. I am not so bothered about the looks of the property, but more concerned with space - if we could have enough space for a desk or two in the living room that would be nice, (obviously as long as there are no issues with the property i. e. mould, leaks, rotten floors, slugs etc.) Good connection to arrive in Manchester City Centre would be appreciated as well.
