Room Required for a Young Professional Male

I am looking to move at the beginning of July but can move earlier if required and am looking for a room to share with other professionals. I am a 27 year old male working as a tennis coach and have been in the area for 4 years now, where I have lived in Forest Hill for that time. I am ideally looking for a double room although this isn’t mandatory and an en-suite isn’t mandatory either. I am hoping to be living in a small house or flat share with a couple others but again this isn’t mandatory.

Although I am 26 I do enjoy a mixture of nights in but socialising as well. I would be working mostly during the afternoons and evenings although during the day could occur as well due to the nature of my work. I like to keep my area clean and tidy but not OCD, therefore I would treat the place as a home rather than just a room. I enjoy playing different sports although tennis is my number one. I also enjoy gaming and keeping to myself in the evenings sometimes although am always up for a chat but am aware of when people want their own time and space.

I am open to visit in person to view properties or with the current circumstances, also doing virtual viewings or whatever is easiest. Also I can call most of the time if required or through messaging, whatever is preferred. I would like to meet the current housemates or flat mates before moving in just to put a face to the property! Any other questions please feel free to ask but I look forward to meeting you.
