Fun Young Professional Looking for A New Home

I made the big move to Brighton in December from the big smoke London! And I am in love with the place, I never want to leave :)

I am looking for a new homely house share, with a large double bedroom that I can also work from. I would love an en-suite but I am not that fussy and totally capable of sharing too.

I have always loved having some outdoor space to chill, catch some sun or do yoga or a little workout so a balcony or garden would be ideal too. Besides that a nice living area and spacious enough kitchen is all I ask for.

I work as an Engineer in Camden but don't need to be in everyday of the week. Besides work I love keeping fit - gym, cycling, playing football, climbing, paddle boarding, skating. You name a sport I've tried it :)

I also love cooking, music, gigs, watching films, meeting up with friends.

Although I'm 30, I in no way feel it, so please don't assume I will judge house parties or loud music in the house - I might actually encourage it :)

I am a kind and tidy person, I have lived in house shares for over 10 years so I understand how to treat people so they feel comfortable and keep the space in good condition for everyone.
