Seeking a room, cabin or land to rent

Hello!
My name is Imogen.
I will be studying illustration at Hereford arts university in September.

Specifics I’m seeking : spacious room that has big windows / natural light, a bath, a garden, a washing machine,
(Wood-burner/ fireplace is a bonus!)

Im also open to a cabin or land space for a Shepards hut !

Within walking or comfortable cycling distance to the Hereford university campus.

I run a side business offering eco cleaning and home organising - following the marie kondo method. Occasionally childcare support.

I’ve lived with people of all ages including families. I’m seeking a peaceful home to share mindful people. I want my home to be a calming and nurturing space.

I appreciate equal effort being put into keeping the home cared for and clean.
I prefer using natural cleaning products in the home.

Good communication is important to me! I appreciate making time to check in with people I live with. Cup of tea and catch up every now and then.

Interests / hobbies - nature connection, somatics, herbalism, cooking, creative projects, reading.

The house must accept students and student finance.
