Looking for a room in a cosy home

Hello :) My names Josh, I'm looking for a SpareRoom with some fun and kind people who take pride in the space that they live in, or a studio/single bedroom flat.

A lil bit about me:

I’m 29 and have accepted a job offer at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, with an aim to start by mid April.

I’m very chill, smiley, considerate and LGBTQ+ friendly. I do like my own space, but keen to live with others I can enjoy silly or deep conversations with too on the odd occasion. But a stress free space is important to me :)

In terms of a room/home outside of housemates, the following are either essential or flexi:

Bike Storage
Street car parking
A home that isn't on a super busy and noisy road
Southern side of Sheffield
