However, it is likely to ask you for space to store a couple of surfing boards and kites but if you ask kindly maybe he can teach you how to kitesurf too or not!

Flexible in terms of dates to move in mid-late April whenever convenient. Very clean and respectful and he owns his own house where he currently resides. I can highly recommend him and he will surely add a vibe to every place he goes to!!
