Room wanted

Hi! I’m a mature student studying Animal Management, and I’m looking for a calm, friendly home within the borough of Merton. I can only consider properties in this borough due to having healthcare treatment here. Looking to move any time from now until mid-April.

I’m at college and placement five days a week, so I have a fairly structured routine. I don’t party and I’m much more suited to a relaxed, respectful household where people say hello, chat occasionally, and ideally become friends, while also appreciating personal space and quiet time. I’m very clean, tidy, and considerate, and I’m really keen to live in a chilled, calm, clean home that feels like a proper place to live rather than just somewhere to sleep. An LGBTQ+ friendly household is a must for me. No live-in landlords please.

I’m ideally looking to move sometime in March, but I can be a bit flexible for the right place. My budget is up to £1,000 per month including bills. I don’t smoke or drink, but I’m not judgemental at all if others do. I don’t have any pets myself, but a flatmate with a pet would be a big plus!

I’m reliable with rent, respectful of shared spaces, and hoping to find a friendly household where everyone feels comfortable and at home. If you think we'd be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you 😊
