Looking for a home

I am looking for a double room to rent for me and my husband in Guildford preferably in Stoughton, QEP area. En-suite would be ideal but own separate bathroom is also welcome. The budget is between £800-£1200 a month. A little about myself: I’m 40 years old. I have been living in UK for the past 20 years and got married abroad last year. We have got my husband’s visa approved recently to join me to live together here in this country. And because we are just starting, especially him, it will take time before we can move on and be able to afford to rent a place of our own. We are looking to rent the room in shared accommodation to share preferably with another couple or a family or a small house occupancy. Plenty of storage would be a huge plus🙏
