Studio or 1 bed flat wanted for me and my cat

Looking for my own space for me and my indoor cat to move in to from September.
Full time mature masters student, can pay a few months of rent up front at a time.
Preferably fully furnished space (though i do have a sofa chair). About £250 per week rent is what im looking to pay with all or some bills included. Council tax is n/a as im a student.
Currently renting in student accommodation.
