House wanted in Llanberis area

Looking for a property to rent from May/June for roughly a year. Ideally a one bedroom, small property in a rural location near Bethesda, Mynydd Llandegai, Cwm y Glo, llanberis or Waunfawr.

Ideally somewhere located in or cycling distance to Llanberis would be ideal. Current house having a lot of work done so I need somewhere to locate too that’s affordable whilst I renovate my current property. All options considered (static caravan, cabin etc) but keen for it to be non-shared. Most of my stuff will be in storage so space isn't an issue!
