Hey!

I'm Rikki, I have my own nail business & also a full time carer (working nightshift)
I have been living in a house share for the past 2 years with landlord and another. The other person is moving out end of March so looking to find a cool person to fill the room.

Location: quiet new build area Great Park, ne13. Q3 bus route. It is more ideal for someone who drives.

Room: cosy double room. Big enough to fit bed desk clothes and units in. Has blinds and faces the back garden.
Unfurnished, however there is a bed available if needed. I can send photos over on request as the room still contains personal items.

Shared areas: living room, kitchen, bathroom & garden. All kitchen amenities are included There is plenty parking too.

Price: 400pcm for rent including bills.
We currently pay for a cleaner twice a month which if you would like to continue doing so it is 30pcm each.
