Environmental officer new to the area

Hello!

I am currently based in Kent and looking to move to the area as I have recently landed a new job with Exmoor National Park. I would like to be within a reasonable commute (under 45 minutes, but the closer the better).

Double room necessary, a decent sized kitchen would be good. I may be homeworking for a while so would like space for a desk. Would prefer a live-out landlord. I do have a car so would need some parking nearby. Aside that, I'm not much fussy.

I am very easy going and enjoy being sociable, whilst also relaxing in my own space. I am clean and tidy (though, let's be honest, everyone says that). I love to cook and will tend to make a mess cooking, but I clean up after myself.
