Seeking 2 bed flat in London
Hi! I'm moving in with my friend Emma, and we are looking for a 2 bed flat available late March or early April with a max rent of £1700pcm. We are ok with rooms not being both the same size.
A bit about us: I'm a 27 y/o professional working in theatre. I work as a lighting technician and designer/assistant designer. When I'm not working I enjoy going to the gym and cinema, seeing my mates, taking online Italian classes, and cooking. Emma is 28, also a theatre worker, from the US and in the UK on a Global Promise Visa (valid until Feb 2029).
Working in theatre does mean erratic working hours, but previous people I've lived with have commented on how quiet/considerate I am when I return late at night!
I have some references from previous landlords if needed and a UK homeowning guarantor. I'd be able to come and see the place soon, so let me know if you've got somewhere you think would be suitable! :)
