Looking for a 2B2B & Flatmate

I currently live in a 1 bed flat and looking to lower my rent by moving in a different place with someone!! With the new rental agreement I can give a two months notice at any time, so that is the plan ideally. Ideal scenario would be someone in a similar situation. I’d be happy to bite the bullet and move within a month if it’s really a good deal.


About me:
I work in the City and I’m usually out from around 8am to 8pm. Location-wise, I’m looking for somewhere within a 40-minute walk of Chancery Lane / Farringdon / Blackfriars, or alternatively on a tube line of around ~30 minutes.

I’d ideally love to live with someone LGBTQ+, though that’s not a deal-breaker. What matters most to me is getting along well and hopefully spending some time together rather than just co-existing.

I’m very tidy and organised. Somehow I’ve always ended up living with messy people (😭), so if that’s you, it’s probably best we save ourselves the pain, we’d both regret it by the end of the tenancy 🤌🏻

(I do work from home, so I'd need space for a desk!)
