Looking for a 2B2B & Flatmate

I’m looking for a place to call home 🏡 Ideally a 2-bed, 2-bath flat, which means I’d also be looking for a flatmate, though I’m open to a room as well (just slightly less ideal).

I work in the City and I’m usually out from around 8am to 8pm. Location-wise, I’m looking for somewhere within a 40-minute walk of Chancery Lane / Farringdon / Blackfriars, or alternatively on a tube line of around ~30 minutes.

I’d ideally love to live with someone LGBTQ+, though that’s not a deal-breaker. What matters most to me is getting along well and hopefully spending some time together rather than just co-existing.

I’m very tidy and organised. Somehow I’ve always ended up living with messy people (😭), so if that’s you, it’s probably best we save ourselves the pain, we’d both regret it by the end of the tenancy 🤌🏻

I have accommodation until 1st March, and after that I can stay with a friend if needed, but I’d love to find something sooner rather than later. I’d also really like to grab a coffee or have a quick call with any potential flatmate to see if we’re a good match.

(I do work from home, so I'd need space for a desk!)
