Young professional looking to move to London

Hi, I'm Aliyah! I am a 22 year old new graduate who is moving to London to start her first big girl job! Please note, I will only be available to move from the 18th July and im looking for long term house shares.

Im looking for a fairly quiet place to live but with sociable housemates. I have privately rented with housemates for 3 years so I am used to having some housemates.

Finances!
In terms of financials, my maximum is £850 for rent and bills. I am flexible if it slightly goes over for the best room but cannot enter into an unsustainable lease.

My Job!
I will be starting work as an administrator near Liverpool street/Shoreditch High street. This is a permanent role and I will be completing my masters alongside it so I am likely to be pretty stable. I will need to commute 4 times a week and would WFH once a week, so a room along either of the lines into Liverpool st or Shoreditch is preferable. Additionally, I will be looking for a room with either an existing desk or space for a desk.

In room preferences!
I am not particularly picky about bed size however, i would prefer a double bed if the room is close to my maximum budget. A bed, desk and maybe somewhere for a full length mirror is enough to make me happy!

Cleanliness
My main flaw is that I can be slightly forgetful about dishes if im busy but im generally a clean person. Im happy to adhere to a reasonable cleaning rota or to chip in for a cleaner.

Social bits!
In both of my previous shares, we have had a shared living room so I would often sit in there and eat my meals, chat to housemates and just chill (especially if its close to the wifi! as the wifi in my room currently is awful :( ). My current house has gone out clubbing, bingo with pensioners and gone to escape rooms so im very much up for a nice evening out! I do have quite an active social life and lots of hobbies aswell so im not a recluse (sometimes.).

Summary
Im looking for somewhere long term where I can settle into my career and not have to move frequently! please let me know if theres anything else you would like to know about me!
