Looking for a share in South Belfast

After a couple of years working away I’m back in Belfast and looking for a share with some friendly social people.

I would prefer a place with a garden or outdoor space, and preferably the room to be spacious enough for a desk and to swing a cat.

I’ve shared plenty and I know how to respect others time and space and im a very clean person

Ive had a job offer, and due to start end of April. I work in motorcycle sales.

I don’t have any pets but if you do that awesome, I love animals.

I’m into regular stuff, travel, watching football and socialising. I’m not in partying so I don’t want a party house but happy to go for a pint or lunch or coffee with a housemate.

My only requirement is no smoking in the house or weed.

I would also consider a short term let for a while.

My budget is upto £1000 a month for the perfect place, my ideal location would be Lisburn Road or Malone Road or Stranmillis
