Creative, sociable 32 y/o seeking a nice home!

Hey everyone! I'm Suzie, an art gallery manager based in South London, seeking a new room in a smaller houseshare (max 3 people total). My job is based in town and I'd like somewhere with easy access to either the Thameslink or Southern Rail into London Bridge (hence my wide search zone!). The things I need from a domestic space are as follows:

- A calm and tidy vibe - like many people, my job can demanding and keeping a nice space helps me relax.
- Some form of outdoor space - a big garden is a bonus, but a patio or terrace for a few pots is perfectly okay, just so I can sit outside with a coffee and tend to a few pots.
- Good communication, negotiation and equity seen as integral to a houseshare set up. Understanding the concepts of domestic and feminine labour are a bonus ;)
- A bright, airy bedroom room and comfy communal space.

The things I am very open / flexible about:

- Areas! My friends live all over, so long as it's somewhere leafy and I can bike / train into work I'm all good.
- housemate ages / genders / occupations - I'm an active queer ally, against gender binaries and love to meet people from all walks of life.
- Contract terms - I'd like a minimum 6 months stay, with the option to make it longer term if we get on well. However, who knows where we'll all be by 2022!
- Live in / out landlord - either is fine!

Spareroom's 'interest' tags are pretty comprehensive, but to give a fuller picture of who I am: I've worked in the arts and lived in London for over a decade, aside from a few months in Mexico in Wales. I like art, gardening, drawing and cooking. As the world opens up I'm most excited to go for wine with friends I've not seen for months, get a haircut and kick back at a spa. I've lived in 6 different houseshares over the years and pleased to have made new and enduring friendships, so I hope that bodes well for us too!
