Looking for a flatmate x

Hi,

I’m Sarah, 27, working in civil/structural engineering. I’m clean, friendly, and a non-smoker, and I’m really hoping to find someone kind, empathetic, comfortable to be around and friendly (and to spend occasional girly nights with!).

A little bit about the place: it’s a beautiful 2-bed, 23rd-floor apartment in Bale & Anchor, right by Lewisham Station, available from 16 May. It’s fully furnished, very bright and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a clean open-plan kitchen/living space, built-in wardrobes, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a private en-suite bathroom.

The building also has great amenities like a sky deck, residents’ lounge, cinema room, gym, yoga studio, coworking space, games room, and private dining areas, plus broadband is included and there’s a 24/7 on-site team.

It’s next to the station (Zone 2), which is amazing for commuting and getting around; London Bridge is 8 minutes away, and Charing Cross and Cannon Street are both 15 minutes away.
