Male 54 Seeks 1 Bed Flat

I am looking for a new home, ideally a 1 bed self-contained Flat but happy to consider all options but must, as a minimum, have it's own private bathroom.

I currently live in Ellesmere in a 3 bed house which is now too big as it's just me. I am semi-retired due to long term health issues but still have a good income from a private pension, and also do some remote consultancy work. I am 54 years old and a non-smoker, non-drinker. I don't claim any benefits.

I'd also like to be nearer my elderly mother as I'm her sole carer. She lives in the retirement community in Telford.
