Hi!

I'm Llum (she/they), a 33yo artist from Spain. I'm interested in places in East London or with good access to East London.

My intention is to stay longterm. I'm moving out from a place in London I've lived in for the past 5 years. I called that place home, so I would like to find a new place I can feel in the same way!

I'm quiet and tidy, not a very big party person. Love to have a good balance of hanging out/socialising and having me time. I teach Painting and Drawing from life at a private Studio, and I work on my art practice in my studio.

Half of the experience of living somewhere it's about the people you live with, so I always like to take care of those connections.

I am looking for a double room (furnished or un-furnished). Maximum rent without bills £800 pcm.

Ideally no live-in landlords please!

I am looking to move over the next couple of months, and can do so at the earliest at the beginning of May.
