43 year old Female seeks a double room

I am a female aged 43 looking for a double room. I am available to move from 04/05/2021 and have a budget of £700pcm. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 30 and 60 years old.
I work as a carer so do shifts and sometimes work a night shift. I watch a lot of movie. And listen to music.
I have 2 children which I would like to have over for dinner 3 times a week if that is possible! They live with their dad.
