Looking to join a friendly house share!

I’m Jack, I'm 27 and I’m an Engineer for Beavertown Brewery. I only work on site with my job so I won’t ever be working from home. Currently living in Islington but open to other areas not too far away.

Ideally I would be anywhere close to the Victoria Line and North of the river.

Preferably my next place will be a sociable but quiet house. I do have a busy social life with different friends (however I’m happy to mix groups if it comes naturally). I'm very clean and tidy, easy going and respectful of people's space. References will happily be provided if requested. Always up for a laugh too ◡̈

Room expectations / requirements are open so hit me with whatever you have! I’m more interested in the people I’m living with than the place itself

Looking to live with nice, positive people. I’m not just looking for a room! Making friends along the way would be nice, you can never have too many. I feel like one of my best personality traits is being a great motivator (years of practice) for everyone’s goals / ambitions so being around similar people in that sense would be great, however not essential!

Also, I get free beers from work so if I move in with you, you should treat it as an investment, because I’ll share the beer with you 😁

I love exercising - running, cycling, swimming, and I’m currently training for a Triathlon end of July 2026. Always open to being educated on your hobbies too, I’m up for trying new things, if you’re a spontaneous person(s), we’ll get on well!
