Professional Looking for House/Flat Share

Hi!

I am moving up from Devon to a new job starting in May, and so am looking for a Spareroom to get started for the first few months.

I am a licensed aircraft engineer, and as such am tidy, professional and maintain a clean environment. I don't smoke, and like to spend my spare time walking either in the countryside or exploring the city. I am not a big drinker nor a night owl, and prefer a morning start with fresh coffee rather than a night out!

I will be working 7-7 dayshift, no nights, and will sometimes be spending time back in Devon during my offshift meaning minimal disturbance to your home.

When I am around, I am a natural conversationalist and can easily get along with people, bringing a calm and easygoing environment. I am respectful of other residents belongings and personal space, and am always looking to get along with everyone.

I am open to housemates of all description (including pets!) and am looking to make friends as I get to know a new area.

Parking would be a necessity for me, as I rely on the car to be able to commute and return to Devon on my shift off. This does not have to be off-street, on-street is fine so long as there is an option.

My girlfriend will be moving up in August, and from then we will be renting together, so I am looking for a short-term solution in the meantime. She is still working in Devon, and therefore will not be up at all during this period.
