En-suite room required or flat

Looking for an en-suite room whether in shared accommodation or flat. Full time home carer. Cleanliness is high priority hence why en-suite and I’d prefer to house share if needed with females( tend to be cleaner). Central Preston area preferred. All bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax, internet).
Don’t mind smokers as I only ever smoke outside anyway. No pets. If the right place comes up then happy to look at my budget again.
