Looking for a flatshare with another professional in walking distance of UHW with bills inclusive.
Ideally, I would also like the other person to keep the place neat and tidy.
I am considerate, friendly and sociable and like to go out every now and then when I am able to (if I'm not tired from work!) but also be given my own space as I will also be doing shift work at the UHW later on.
I am quite outgoing and can also spend evenings in watching netflix, good food and company.
I am looking for a flat mate with similar interests and hobbies as well as being house proud as the flat will be home.
